The lever on my propane regulator requires a bit more effort to turn than in the past. I have noticed this on the last few tank refills. Any one know if there is a way to lube it OR is there a NEW regulator in my future. I have searched for a schematic but no luck yet. It is a Marshall Automatic Changeover Regulator with both bottles on curbside of rig.

Sid,

Here I go again! It is my understanding that is very common to replace the auto switch over regulators at 5 years for various reasons. I read somewhere that it is a good perventitive measure. If I find my resourse I come back and add it here. rockin'

On edit: I did some searching, but could only find residential type regulator that recommend a replacement every 15 years. Due to the internal working parts and for safety reasons. Springs loosing tension, etc. Can't find the one that I think referred to 5 years on a RV auto changeover regulator. rockin'
