Cleaned with leaves dropping.
Can I stand on the slides to clean them? What's best to use for cleaners?

I read in my owners manual not to stand on the slides. Sure makes it difficult to clean them. It appears you have a rubber roof. Dicor recommends a cleaner like Fantastic. Also, Murphy's Oil Soap is recommended which is what I use.

Not positive, hard to tell by pic, but it looks like a fiberglass roof to me. You can use Spic N Span, dishwashing soap, or RV Wash on the fiberglass roof. Use a brush with a expandable pole and work slowly. It takes a good hour to clean the roof. If the slide roofs (EPDM) are real dirty, I recommend getting on a ladder with soft hand brush and work it that way, not from the top. Don't recommend walking on slide roofs. Especially the older ones that have 1/8" plywood roofs. After the slide roofs dry, apply a UV roof protector, like Protect All Roof Treatment. Apply with a common sponge mop. Apply a second coat after the first dries (about 5 min. when it warm outside). Do this at least twice a year. HTHs.

I always, (and only), use "EternaBond Tape" and/or "Dicor Self Leveling Lap Sealant... (and I clean the area and apply it per the manufactures instructions), whenever I reseal my now 20 year old fiberglass roof.

Yes, roof is fiberglass and slides are rubber.

Thanks everyone. Now I have some work to do.
