Ralph Barnett Promoted to Customer Service Manager
Peterson Industries is proud to announce that Ralph Barnett has been promoted to Excel Customer Service Manager.
Ralph began working in 2009 as assistant CSM. Ralph has plenty of experience on "both sides of the fence" after managing an RV dealership, then starting and running his own dealership from scratch in the Kansas City, MO market for many years. In fact, as an Excel dealer, Ralph sold many of you your coaches.
We are happy to continue our tradition of outstanding customer service, and having Ralph as Customer Service Manager solidifies that tradition for many years to come. Ralph can be reached at 800-368-3759 or by email at rbarnett@excelrvs.com
Jack Yenne has been promoted to Co-Plant Manager, along with company partner, Curtis Peterson. As we grow, the complexity of our vertically integrated manufacturing process will benefit greatly from Jack's expertise.

A big congrats to Ralph. My wife and I thought highly of him when he led our plant tour. He did an outstanding job of representing PI and making us comfortable that if we purchased an Excel, the company would be there to support us after the sale. He's a great asset to your team!

Wow Bryan, you know what I think of Ralph and his family. What a great move! Ralph is not only good at taking care of the customer family, but he's a gentleman of great character and a fine Christian man. Congrats Ralph! As we say down home....you done good! rockin'

Ralph is great asset to PII and to all Excel owners. He has helped me many times on the phone. You can explain your situation and he can tell what's wrong and how to fix it. He knows Excel like no one I have ever talked to! Congratulation Ralph!!

Good move Bryan.
I have been to the plant 2 times with problems and called for advice on a number of occasions and Ralph has been the face of Excel in my dealings there. I have always felt Ralph is fair and that my problem was his main concern. I have never felt rushed or "put off" in any way.
