Raven Disposable Gloves

On several occasions while connecting or disconnecting the sewer hose, or other nasty jobs, the purple nitrile gloves I was wearing would mysteriously tear. Don't know what happened, but when I looked down at my palm, I had nasty on my hands.

Several weeks ago, I had the plumber here at the S&B and he was wearing some black gloves that looked strong. I asked him about them. He stated that they were Raven brand gloves. He gave me a handful of them and I love them. They are strong, and if not dirty, they can be used multiple times. I actually will wash them while still on my hands if they are not that dirty. They are 6 mil thick and do not cost that much more than the cheap purple gloves. I ordered a box from Amazon. See the link below.

Thanks for the tip. I'll look into getting these. I agree about the purple gloves. They're not durable.

Harbor Freight carries 5, 7 & 9 mil gloves. I use the 7 mil (dark blue) for most tasks. The 9 mil gloves are great for heavy duty work and I leave the light weight 5 mils for simple short tasks. I keep some of each weight in several places in the RV.
