Rhino Eco-Coat Roof Warranty

I'm proud to announce that all Rhino Eco-Coat roof applications will come with a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser! This is a GREAT benefit to add to the many other benefits:
  • MAINTENANCE FREE!
  • 100% Seamless
  • Energy Efficiency - Reflects sun UV rays, reducing interior temperature up to 20 degrees
  • Fire retardant system meets UL790
  • Can be easily patched when new equipment is added to the roof
  • Not easily damaged like EPDM or TPO roofing material
  • Limited LIFETIME product and application warranty!
We are getting a tremendous response already. We will be posting application videos soon.

Thanks,
Bryan

Ok I'll bite!

So it's a limited lifetime warranty? What exactly does that mean? Does that mean the product is warranted to stay on forever or does it mean I'll never have a leak or both?

If there is a problem, can I go to any Rhino shop and have it fixed, and if under warranty will it be covered at different location?

Does it only come is silver or will I have to have it painted?

Does it go over fiberglass, rubber? The video I saw they took the rubber off and applied, I'm assuming that all rubber/epdm would always be removed and the Rhino applied over the wood?

Does any RV manufacture use this system?

Limited means that we will cover the material and workmanship as long as the original purchaser owns the unit. the entire warranty is being placed on our website and should be up by later this afternoon.

A typical shop carrying Rhino will not have the Eco-Coat formula. The warranty repair would have to be done at our factory. There are various methods for repair in the field should be the problem be owner induced.

It comes in silver only due to the UV protectant. We will paint the radius to match the fiberglass so you won't see silver from the ground.

It is applied directly to the wood decking after it is primed. Yes, the rubber/EPDM would always be removed before Eco-Coat is applied.

Peterson Industries is the FIRST and ONLY manufacturer offering the Rhino Eco-Coat roof system on a new factory unit.

Thanks Bryan. This is awesome. Now it looks like I'll have to crochet and sell lots of Christmas stockings, groom lots of schnauzers, and clean lots of RV windows (Pane Fully Clear) to save the $ for our slides to be done. Life is Good.

Rhino's web site has the warranty info posted.
Too bad there are only a couple of centers showing that can do the work.
It sure looks interesting. I bet more centers will be showing up soon.

The Rhino reps who are working with us love our spray facility, prep techniques, and application stratagies. They feel that with their product, and our application process, there is no reason we shouldn't offer the lifetime warranty..... so we are!

They are confident that we should never see a failure. This has been an exciting opportunity for us.

What is the approx. cost to remove a TPO roof and install a Rino roof on a forty forty MH? How long does it take to do a job on a 40 ft MH?

When you do a reply. scroll down and you'll see manage attachments click it and it will open a window. Click browse and you can then open your photo program and attach a photo. Then you will need to click upload to attach to your reply. If your file is to large your will need to compress it and attach. No I don't know how to that. I can usually attach a photo that is less them 5 mg.
