Does any one know who the manufacturer of the slide hardware is? Like to gather some information on alignment and adjusting the slides. Have my lower plates covers removed and can't see a name. Can see how it works, but depending on the slide not how to adjust some positions.

Power Gear looks like what's on my unit....but not sure.

Mine were made by Barker Manufacturing, same folks that made the landing gear and rear stabilizer jacks.

Up until a couple of years ago Barker Manufacturing in MI made the entire mechanism as it pertains to the slides (rams, roller, pins, gearbox, toothed plate on the rams, etc.) Bob in customer service is the best guy to talk with. PI does all the slide room and walls, etc. As far as I know the only adjustments on slide room is the heights as the room closes into the body (gaps at the top of the slide. This is the nuts and bolts on the plate that attach's the ram to the slide wall. I can't see any room sideways adjustment procedure as the ram frames are welded in at the frame. If someone knows different please let us know. I bet wrongway Tom may be knowledgeable on this subject. Chime in buddy!

Thanks Chief and Tom.

Found Barker's site and the drawing to there EZ SLIDE.

I have the floor of the slide attached to the side wall and when the slide was in the slide is not leaning as before. The other two issues with the left side out farther than the right and the closeness of the bottom trim on the right side have not gone away.

Would agree the only adjustments available are those 'built-in' by PI with their mounting hardware added at the time of the build. The two slides, flush floor and raised floor both have different mounting and will have to look at them again. Do believe what adjustments that can be made are few and depending on the slide from what I can see.

Think I have the left side adjustment figured, need to give Bob a call to discuss it. The right side needs more 'eye ball' time but think there are other issues there.

Like projects that never ends. They keep me out of trouble.

Reckon' that's my "issue"? I seem to keep very busy....but that includes causing other folks problems!
