Thank you Peterson Industries..... for what you do right

Alot of the threads in this forum are about problems and trying to fix them. Or simple questions without answers. Sometimes it is personal. I don't think a thread like this exists, but it should.

I make a product which requires "manufacturing" and "suppliers" which is quite a task in today's dynamic world. The scope of what Excel makes and procures for us happy campers is HUGE!

It would be super nice for us to share with Excel what they are doing right and why we appreciate them so much;

Top of mind is definitely very friendly customer service and quick answers.

For me... the bones is a big deal and while I am no engineer, some of the reasons I chose Excel and continue to chose them are in the little things that tell me what I can't see are well thought through as well, even if I don't understand them.

I LOVE their j/l lounge couches. I don't understand why they aren't making lots of these! Have you ever sat on this type of couch and had a conversation? Waaay more comfortable. Also being a gimp and booking lots of hours on a couch, the extra horizontal space is a big plus, especially if someone wants to sit next to you.

The storage bin for lawn chairs is brilliant. I didn't use that so much for lawn chairs as I did for long items that were a pain to store elsewhere (ie cleaning brushes, broom, umbrella, etc) AND the part I loved most was that it served as a table next to the couch. Much easier to use and reach for a gimp than the fabulously crafted coffee table.

The way the logo is written and the clean look of the endcap... I know it might seem silly, but I spent countless hours laying on my back in the dually across the US while listening to that huge diesel chug along. I was proud to acquire such a luxury coach and the fact it is a "Limited Edition" and what the name implies. I looked forward with joy to the journey with my new home that took a monumental effort to acquire.

... I just had 2 product suggestions (easy). So I'll post this and come back to visit later.

Thank you Excel for the thousands of decisions that you have made and will continue to make so that we can have nice mobile luxury homes to enjoy on our journey.
