does any one know how to program a vizio tv to dish remote?

Should be a booklet with the Dish remote that lists all TV makes along with pairing codes. Winegard WEBB site has some good info as we'll for pairing. Put in your TV and it will show 3 digit codes along with success rates. I used that to pair my Samsung TV to my VIP 211Z receiver remote and it worked fine first try.

Sit in front of your TV with the remote in hand, call DISH tech support and they will talk you thru it. I tried the codes in the book first and couldn't find one that worked, called DISH and they had me set in no time.

Instructions are in both the owner's manual for "Code Search" and I think in the receiver's on-board menu system. But beyond that can not help you. My TV's use Samsung codes or Sensi/Dynex.
