In case anyone else might run into this, the water leak problem(s) were finally located, and fixed.
Looks like there were 2 problems, one was intermittent. The shower drain leaked, but only while someone was in it. And moving around. PI found that and fixed it. Also added another support board under the shower.
But the biggie was at the connection for the outside shower. Very often, it had no leak. It just couldn't be seen. PI removed the wall connections for it, and while pulling the hose in or out, it would sometimes spurt. Seems that when the hose was slightly un-straight, it would spurt water, the higher the pressure, the further away it would land.
Am using a Watts full house regulator, set at 52#. Works very well.
Can't say enough good things about Jack and the rest of the good folks at Smith Center. They stayed with it until the problem was found.
They also buttoned up a couple of other minor problems.
Makes you nreally appreciate good service.
(Also met Mr. & Mrs. RockinTom while there. What a hoot!)
Thanks all, for your help. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
