TXiceman... Yes that was me and you are the one that educated me on the pilot effect very interesting and yes I did try it with a straw and sure enough up came the liquid just like you said. I would also like to thank 007,RustyJC, RV Wizard and others who took the time to give there honest unbiased feed back on my issue and it does seem to be okay now so a big to you all.

Your higher level of education is starting to kick in! Thanks for sharing.

In a way, isn't it kinda like a venturi effect? Except the venturi effect creates a increase in velocity, if I remember correctly.

You guys are killing me.

From my old days in Nuclear Power we learned all about heat transfer and fluid flow dynamics. The first application that made me shake my head was using steam to make air conditioning. I always thought that was just wrong. But it uses an air ejector and steam to create a vacuum, which lowers the boiling point of water. Then you start getting into Avogadro's law and the latent heat vaporization and your head starts to turn like Linda Blair.

I am getting a headache just remembering all that stuff.

And as is all to common place these days the corporate engineers could not put humpty back together again nor deal with the the facts so it took the good folks on irv2 to find a solution so humpty could stay cool on the road again
