Windows

Has anyone had trouble with losing the vacuum in the windows. We have replaced the sofa window & now have 3 more. Can live with one but the other two will be replaced. Last time PI shipped us window and we found a auto window installer locally that did the installing. Just charged 75.00 & came to the house. PS much better caulk job than the original.

I have had issues with my Bounders too. The sealant between the glass just does not have a long life and eventually allows moisture to creep into the window. I had been repairing them myself if they really bother me. Takes me a few days to remove....clean...reseal and reinstall a window. I have older Bounders and just do not think it a value for me to have a pro fix these for me.

Never had a problem. What did PI or the manufacturer have to say?

Heard of many with this problem.....both HEHR frame and frameless......we've been lucky on all three Excels. Knock on wood.

On edit......got to thinking about this....maybe our glass is so dirty all the time....we wouldn't know if we had a problem.... ....just kiddin' rockin'

I had one window lose its charge but it was discovered soon after I took delivery and the dealer replaced it under warranty. The rest have been fine after several years.

That said....you do come up with some good ones Doc! Keep up the good work.

As far as still goes, you need to wipe yours with a yellow rag to match the pee pads you got down for your Mexican Seal Team!!!

Don't know how anyone can be comfortable at 25 degrees in anything with four wheels. It's 55 degrees at 6:30am left coast time in Death Valley and tolerable for this Texas gulf coast boy. Wife will be in front of heater when she arises.
