Gary,
The reason the attendance is down in the rally park is because everybody is next door buying new coaches,.
We are in site #297, stop by to say hi.

Gary on the other side of small amount of Rigs, over here at Tampa East at Exit 14 I have never seen so many NEWMAR's without it being a rally at one time and we are near full. Now on Wednesday the place will look empty.

Gary! I found you!

Gary! I found you, but you weren't home! If you are sitting in your driver's seat, we are parked two spots to your left. Catch us if you can!

Hi Gail & Joel,
I am running hard this week. The two socials, a business meeting, a business lunch and helping a supplier with his booth. Most importantly, I need to spend some $s at the after market vendors . That is the reason I come here. So far, every year I am a success (at spending $s).

The unofficial number of coaches attending is about 115. Newmar is the largest single group to attend the super show.

Even the vendors!

We wore our NKK name tags yesterday and got the attention of a couple of Newmar-owner vendors! One said he wants to update his TV, and I directed him to RV2. I told him he doesn't need to reinvent the wheel!

Another vendor for a Michigan RV park asked me out of the blue if I knew YOU, Gary!! He told me you didn't buy at his park, but you almost did, and I could ask your opinion, because you did a lot of research. Is that funny, or what?

Hi! Nice meeting this AM. I am sure someone will post the details. North Trail has 49 units in their Display. The show had a lot of people attending yesterday. Paul

Some information on today's Newmar executive meeting with owners.

1. In 2010, Newmar did not miss a single day of production. The plant never shut down (on a non-holiday workday).

2. They are now producing 3 coaches a day. Almost going to 4/day but not quite.

3. 2010 Executive Road Show was a success. This was also Newmar's entry into the Social Networking part of the Internet.

4. There will be an Executive Road Show in 2011. Details to be worked out, but the Road Show will end at the NKK International Rally, in Essex Junction.

5. Newmar introduces the Ventana LE. This is Newmar's entry level diesel powered coach.

6. The owner's provided several examples of positive feedback, to the executives, and appreciation as to how the company is doing the right thing when owners need help with problems outside Newmar's contract obligations.

7. Newmar has the largest display at the Tampa Super Show.

8. North Trail's Newmar display won the "Best Of Show" award.

Went to the show today with friends and wife - left the Newmar at the Resort 35 minutes on the Coast - Beautiful display of Newmar Coaches - My only negative is that Freightliner is under 3 of the models - Hope Newmar family returns to the Spartan Chassis because I will never trade my 2006 DSDP (Spartan) for a Freightliner and cannot afford an Essex or King Air

A special thanks to 007. The big hit of the iRV2 Social is was the ability to go to the Newmar site and see all about their specific coach. Coach modifications carefully organized by 007 was also a big hit.

The iRV2 Social was held today at 5 PM in the NKK tent. There were 42 people in attendance. This is the 4th year iRV2 attendance has increased. In 2009 our attendance was 26. There was about 20 minutes of socializing and about 20 minutes of iRV2 presentation. Good questions and information exchange followed.

There is a note worth mentioning. There was a group of about 7 men sitting in front of a coach just outside the NKK tent. I approached them as asked if they would join the iRV2 Social. All said they were either members of iRV2 or lurkers. They know about the topics we were going to discuss. In reality, this is great. This social has been held since 2006. It looks like this work and iRV2 exposure is beginning to pay off.

Thanks to Gary for organizing the Annual iRV2 Social.

It's great that attendance has increased.
