Hello again I have discovered a leak around my toilet before I purchased this someone had installed tile floor and cut corners around the toilet they over tightened it and cause it to crack and leak so my floor has rotted. What is the lumber used in the floor and I also need to purchase a toilet. So what’s the plywood size used? .thanks
