2000 Damon Intruder Ladder

Our ladder was loose at all the joints so I took it apart to install new hardware (screws, bolts, internal nuts). Now I am ready to put it back together and I noticed that 2 of the 6 standoffs (horizontal tubes that connect vertical ladder to rear of RV) are shorter than the other 4. And I don't know which location the short ones are supposed to go. Does anybody have a 2000 Intruder and can you let me know where the shorter standoffs go? Upper, middle or lower? 2 standoff tubes are 5.75" long and 4 are 6.50" long. Thank You
