Are you plugged into shore power, or is the generator running? If so, 120 volts in to inverter and 120 volts out of the inverter is normal.
Magnum charger is charging so again normal.
There may be a 100 amp breaker on the 12 volt cable connected to the inverter. It will not interrupt 12 volt house power.
