2010 astoria 3470 12v 120v elect/lighting

Tech Support at TMC was kind enough to provide the attached 12v and 120v lighting, outlet, and layout drawings for the 3470 model. Regrettably, this is all they were able to provide. Also, it is not really accurate in a variety of ways for our actual coach.

power outage

My3470 Astoria has an 8K generator. Last evening, parked with generator on, the following happened. "click, lights went out, generator stopped" and I was in the dark. This was after about 2 hours. I turned AC units off, started generator, it started right away, turned AC units back on and all was well for another 2 hours or so and then it happened again. this went on all evening, about every 2 hours.

I'm visiting with local tech at lunch time today.

Finally, to fix the generator going black had to

a. replace the storage/in service switch/plunger
b. replaced both major breakers. Only one was over heating, but they changed both. The one over heating most likely had bad contacts

This solved the problem. Or at least it has not returned
