Question 2010 Damon Tuscany 3680 slideout gear replacement

The living room slideout does not open/close evenly side to side due to worn out teeth on the 20-tooth gear off the slideout motor which turns the rod connecting the two rails one on each end of the slide. Power Gear model # is not available and Lippert (new owner of Power Gear) has no info. Thor, new owner of Damon, did not transfer all the build data for the coach onto their system. The independent rv repair facility I use in Phoenix AZ has contacted both Lippert and Thor to no avail. At least a model # for that slideout system might be able to track a part # for the gear. The gear has 20 teeth, is approx.. 2 1/8” in diameter, and its center hole for the driving rod is octagonal shaped. RV YARD in Glendale AZ, formerly Arizona RV Salvage in Phoenix AZ, has checked their parts inventory, also to no avail. What do I do now? Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This Power Gear pdf has diagrams of the system and kits containing the " spur gear " P/N; but no dimensions .

Hope it gets trough the posting limit .

No! to big to post

There is a pdf in the " Files " drop box in " Jacks and Slide out section " that maybe the same , as it's a similar size .
I'll look it over .

EDIT: I've managed to post the pdf into the " Jacks and Slideouts " section of the " Files " ; look for Power Gear parts and adjustments"

If the info from Skip426 doesn’t help try a google reverse image search, I have also had good results when contacting my rv works .
Good luck with your problem

Did get the file in email. Thank you very much. My repair service has a copy and will see how much help it will be - they thought it probably would be most helpful.
