Thanks for the advice I love my Damon Daybreak

THE DAYBREAK LIVES!!! It's alive!!!!! New coach batteries a little starter spray and the Generator is running! The fridge and freezer check out and the AC brought the temp inside from 89 to a comfortable 74!!! Hooked up city water and flushed out the lines. Can't seem to get the water in the holding tank to run via the pump though. I have not tried the water heater yet either. It was a good day! Oh and none of the lights on my info center light up to tell me battery levels or holding tank levels???? Still a good day!!! Our foster daughter wants to camp on it tonight! LOL

Does the pump work? It may not if the panel isn't working. Do you have the owners manuals for this coach? Might be some info on the panel in there. I only had my Daybreak for 7 months. My wife has terminal colon cancer so I sold it. Then she wanted to go to Oregon and I bought this Dolphin. She's bed ridden now that's why I'm on the net all day long.

Pump wont work with no power to control panel on stove vent. Fuse will be in breaker box. pull fuse and check with ohm meter.

Sorry about your wife. The only things I can do on the panel is vent fan which works, hood light, and the light turns on when I hit the pump switch.

Thank you. The pump won't work if you have city water hooked up, and turned on. It is a pressure sensitive pump and only turns on when the system pressure drops. If the pump light turns on it should have power to the pump. The pump on my Daybreak was in the very back cabinet right near the water inlet. You want to take the hose off the inlet because there is a check valve in the fitting, you want to make sure it's good before you take it camping. They're cheap on ebay, I had to replace mine.

Thanks for the advice. We took it for a drive to take the dogs for a run at night in a big 200 acre dog park nearby and I was able to get it working. I didn't think about the hose being hooked up. Now I just need to get the lights working for the tank levels.

You have to hold the momentary switch down for them to work. If you hold the switch and you have no lights, it could be bad. Take the switch out and see if you have voltage. If everything else works on the panel it should too. Spent a lot of time Deer hunting and snowmobiling up there in my younger years.

So someone else told me the sensors can go bad or maybe a bad ground for the battery and tank level indicator lights. I'll look into the panel some time soon. We are camping for one night nearby to try it out this coming weekend. Hope it all goes well.
