Cargo Door Beauty Panel Re-Attachment

Removed the Cargo Door Beauty Panel for repair (due to RV Parking damage) Which is a smaller 36"x24" Door size.
Door Beauty panel was attached with (2) Adhesives to approximately 1" - width 4 sided aluminum frame.
Now I am unable to locate any product, that had been used to attach the beauty panel to the aluminum frame. No bolts, etc were used to attach the two panels.

See photo BEFORE REMOVING FROM RV

Two types of Adhesives were used.
- 2 Part Glue Epoxy ( caulk type ) used on inside of 1" wide INNER edge of Aluminum frame.
- 2 nd Adhesive was Double Sided Adhesive tape on same 1" OUTER edge of the same Aluminum frame.

Interesting that 2 were used at same original install date.
Called Damon now Thor of course, they said call #3m.
Around and Around I go

Talked to 3m and they say no adhesive of there hundreds would hold with out using a hard fixed attachment fastener along with any 3m adhesive.
Any ideas as to what we may use to attach the Beauty Door Skin to Aluminum Frame ? So IF AND HOPEFULLY NEVER again i can separate the doors again for more repair. ?
Im afraid to use todays 2 part epoxy since getting them apart would be a real mess.

I had one bay door skin separate from the frame. Your photo could have been taken of mine, same construction.

At someone else's suggestion I used JB Weld to glue the skin back to the frame. It's been almost a year now, still holding strong.

3m does make a very strong bonding tape...
i had one start the peel, so i installed a through bolt and nut from outside to teh inner side and then got some paint matched and painted the bolt heads, you cant see em unless you know to look
i believe the tape is VHB
