Damon Challenger BCC house batteries charge but don't power lights or appliances.
I've purchased a 2000 Damon Challenger, and I am having issues getting the house batteries to power any lights and appliances. The batteries are charged and get charged. I've checked the breaker box, and all fuses and converter look fine. I've taken a look at the BCC and found out that there is one of the green wires coming out of the BCC labeled DBL and it is just loose not going anywhere. There is also a grey wire paired with a purple wire. The grey wire is just loose not connected, and the purple wire is connected to the top solenoid. I'm guessing the grey wire is supposed to connect to the top solenoid. As for the green DBL wire, I'm not sure where that is supposed to be connected to.
Any thoughts?

Have you tried bypassing each solenoid ? The top one looks like a Ford starter solenoid and will fail quickly. I would also think it should be a latching type.

Pictures I have of a similar BCC , show a latching relay in the upper position , and a latching relay , only requires momentary power to activate/de-activate , where the relay in your photo requires constant power to stay activated.
