When you really rely on jack pads, or simply don't want your coach busting through the pad and getting severely stressed, the plastic Lynx blocks just won't cut it. You really need real jack pads from either Summit Products or DICA which are indestructible. Given both these guys make pads for cranes and bulldozers you'll understand the difference. I jack 45k lbs on Summit pads spanning a hole in the ground w/o a single issue.

Next photo from the Summit web site (upside down or not, broken is broken):

What is your concern about the gravel approach to your pad?

Those are good jitters!!!!!!! Yipeee!!!
Sounds like more gravel is on tap... Gravel roads that have been somewhat used have never been a problem for my 50k lbs bloated self, but if your PU is leaving divits, well, those are best left on the golf course! Good luck...

BTW - The DICA folks also make ground cover mats and dunnage pads. The ground cover ones might give you one more toy and one more thing to play with upon arrival!
