Engine air filter change

WOW,
this puppy has been in since 11/07..yes i know the three year claim.
I had assumed it had been changed a few years ago and never rechecked the element for my self because i was unable to get up under there and check due to illness, looks like the complete filter change twice at a truck stop, wasnt ALL the filters

only a few broken plastic ribs and pretty clean on the outlet side, except a few rust patches
BIG whoo whoooo to Rv chassis, ordered on Tuesday, arrived Friday on time
and they have free shipping on ordered over 100.00..which is a easy on the annual filter changes

The bottom photo shows the area that should be clean/dust free. If you wipe with a rag and get no dust, your filter did it's job.

yep the clean side was very clean, except for a bit of surface rust where the galvanizing disappeared.
