For some reason our clock always stops when the engine is off. We have. Not rest ours for years, I think it is still saying it's 2009! My $19 knock around watch keeps better time.

Does anyone else have a problem with their onboard Frieghtliner clock having to be rest the clock whenever the engine is restarted.

I had Thor weighed yesterday. Steer axle 11500 drive axel 19020. This was loaded and fueled. For those of you that are newer to this thread Thor is a 2011 Astoria 40KT.

Where did you set the tire pressure? My weight is close to yours: 11700 and drive 18200. I think I had them set around 110-115. I'll weigh again before I go out.
I've been doing the greasing today getting ready to hit the road in a couple weeks for northern Indiana.

In the Freightliner Oper. Manual, fig. 2.10, pg. 2.8.
(1) Hold toggle to the right 5 sec. Screen will show SETUP.
(2) Push toggle to the right. Screen will show Set Time and Date.
(3) Push toggle to right. Curser will blink on Month, push toggle up or down to change, push toggle Right to SAVE, Left to CANCEL. Each push of toggle to the Right advances to the next block to set.
Hope this helps.

Safe-T steering control

Finally got around to installing this. Front tire blowouts seems to be always on my mind and after seeing the last video, had to do pull the trigger on getting one. With a northern trip coming next week, thought the time was right.

Steering Assist

Sincerely hope that you have not had a front blow out to try your new device. Have you noticed any inprovement in general steering such as driving in truck channels in the slow lane or depresions in the road surface not just potholes

No, I really don't want to check it out with a blowout. I haven't driven it since install, (yesterday). I need to do the alignment, then done. I hope it does help the pull when the trucks pass. With the long trip next week, I'll post back with my opinion of the unit.
