We had our Safe T Installed in 2010 before our Alaska trip. It made a big difference for us. I can now drive 10 - 12 hr day without fatigue when needed. No more fighting the wheel and ruts. We had our tires replaced last summer after just 44K miles because of age (7 yr old G670s). The tires had lots of tread left and did not show any abnormal ware.

Take it out for a test drive to make certain you have it set correctly.

Jim, did you find a replacement part? My two hangers are showing signs of rot also.

Went down to Napa and got them for about $ 3.50 each...but I had to twist the rubber part 90 degrees to line up with exhaust pipe...take one off and take it to a muffler shop...bet they have the exact one...its on my list of things to do..

Mine have rotted out also. Local muffler shop didn't have much that size. Did the NAPA ones fit OK after you twisted them or was it a compromise. If it they were OK was there an SKU on your reciept?
Cheers

We had a Blue Safe T Plus installed at at Henderson's is Grants Pass OR. We also had the bell crank replaced with a heavy duty one, took the play out of the steering wheel. They did a great job. Someday I'll head back up and buy the SuperSteer Trim unit which provides "remote control" to counter act the impact of strong cross winds.

The pipe is 1.5 inches. Onan Genuine Factory RV Generator Muffler Tail Pipe Hanger Bracket 155-2174. My generator takes two so I just went to ebay and bought them. Factory parts from 9 -12 bucks each. Should last another 7 years and it's made to fit.

Ugh. Taking our 2009 out tomorrow for some dry camping and when I went to turn on the water pump this evening it's not coming on. The light in the panel above the door says its on but there is no humming noise coming from the pump and obviously, no water. Could it possibly be a fuse? I could not find one specific to the pump. Something we missed while winterizing? Any ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, the fresh water tank is full! 😀

Apologies for the delay. Holding the controller for 5 secs to the right (as mentioned below) did the trick! Hope this helps.

RV Insurance

Good Morning,

I'm curious if I'm paying too much for RV Insurance? Does $200/mo seem out of line for RV insurance for my 2012 Astoria? Looks like I have $500/500 with 1,000 ded.

After doing some checking. AARP and The Hartford Ins Group came in 130/mo cheaper to insure my rv and two vehicles.
