I've located some charred wires I've not noticed before...
While working on my generator I've noticed charred wires on my bus bar in my breaker box. I'm not much with high volt,, I'm mostly trained in low volt. Any ideas what could cause this? Mainly I just want to make sure whatever it is or was doesn't happen again.

The white wire adjacent to the large red wire has observable corrosion showing as well. All connections should be removed, trimmed, cleaned, and tightened.

All wires need to be pulled, cut back, terminals cleaned and a No-OX applied and tightened. Recheck in a few months and then yearly.
