I recently bought a 2002 Damon Ultrasport 3677, there ic a switch with a red light on the side of the vanity, would this be the elec side of the water heater or heated tanks? thanks in advance for your help

I have a 2003 Ultrasport 3677 and that switch on the side of the vanity is for turning on the electric to the water heater.

Electric water heater element. Must make sure it's also switched ON on the water heater itself.

I have an older Damon and the switch with red light located in bathroom turns on the heat tape for the gray and black tanks. Just another thought!

The one for my hot water tank is by the entrance door.

I have never seen a 12v block heater or a 12v water heater element, then there is a lot that I have never seen before. So check the switch to see if it is 12v or 110 v. I just went through the same mystery in a 2000 Allegro Bus 35 R. It is easy to determine if it is the water pump. Just listen. My switch turned out to be the heat blankets on the wet tanks.
