Adding a ton of water, equipment and people that far back might eliminate the use of the front leveling jacks all together

I have carried almost that much weight in mine over a 1400 mile trip on a couple of occasions so sitting static (no jokes) might not be a real issue

My first reaction is why not? Depending on the floor location of course. But heck, Vi carries that little car in the back of her's and some of us carry that much weight (although spread through out the area) in one way or another. Just don't try to put in on the back ramp using the chains and brackets or you'll have a disaster on your hands!

I have a DreamMaker X-Spa portable spa (now replaced by the mfgt. with the EZ-Spa)
http://www.dreammakerspas.com/ezspa.html
One of my ideas for it was to use it in the Outlaw's garage on a winter get-away to the mountains.

I would not travel with it filled...but these spas are very light weight when empty, not too big overall, and do not take long to fill once you get to your destination (about 170gal). The best part is that they are fully self contained and unlike most other spa's - only need a single 110VAC/15Amp plug to run the pump (it draws it's heat from the pump motor) They are now using "hot stick" technology on the newer ones for added heat control, but still do not need 240V.

Good luck! And if you go for it, post some pics...I know i will when I take my spa along

Left wall mount if you can see there not real good mounting in the wall hard to find stud so 1/4x4 aluminum works great

Thanks for posting up those wall bench pictures. One day when we start traveling more I would like to put something like that in and I was really wondering how they could get mounted.

Hammocks are a good sleeping solution for a garage, especially for kids. You could use a frame type but you can also get cheap hammocks that attach to points on perpendicular or parallel walls. You would install hanging rings yourself.

Thank you! I don't get a ton of feedback so I will take all I can take It's not full of the helpful construction techniques like yours tho. One day when I travel I am going to go down where you are and trick you into fixing up my home!
