Here's a few mods I did and each one helped a little bit.
First of all I glued 2 6" X 8" pieces of 3/8 plywood on either side of a piece of 2" thick foam rubber of the the same size. One ply was screwed to the floor and the pump was screwed onto the top one to isolate the vibration.
Second, I took a 3' piece of 1/2" reinforced flexible water tubing and coiled it with 3 loops and installed it with screw clamps in place of the discharge line between the pump and RV plumbing. This helped calm the pulses down because the tubing absorbs them by flexing.
Third I installed pieces of 1/2" I.D. foam pipe insulation around any water line I could find that touched the floor, wall or any other item that would act as a drum skin when the pump was pulsing.
It's not perfect but it cut down 75% of the noise. I'm glad mine wasn't under the bed like some.
