Power Gear Slideout quit

Just got the MH back from getting a new engine and find the slideout doesn't work. The shop says they didn't touch any thing back there and know nothing about the house components.

It an '05 Damon Daybreak 3270 with Power Gear, rack and pinion slide

At first I could hear a faint clicking sound when the button was pushed in either direction but couldn't tell where it was coming from, there was no slide movement. Then I ran a jumper directly to the motor and it worked for a few seconds and quit. Now it I can't even hear it click. All fuses seem to be good, the switch has continuity both ways.

I spent the whole day trying to figue it out and came up empty. I found a PG panel or circuit board hidden with a resettable fuse but it had continuity. It also has a glass type fuse but it has continuity. It also has 2, what looks like relays but they don't seem to be removable. Is this a PG specialty part ?
Does any one have any suggestions? To make it more complicated, if the ignition is on the the slide will not work, it's not on, but I guess this could be another "good intention" causing problems. However the shop that did the engine said they did not touch any ignition wires.

Is there some kind of interlock that you might be overlooking? Some coaches have a seat interlock that won't allow the slide to operate unless the driver's seat is in the full forward postion.

Parking brake set, tranny in neutral, coach level? Manual slide locks? Could be something very simple that got accidently changed in the shop. Grounds reinstalled?

I got it fixed by my mobil rv guys. It was the relay that won't let me work the jack with the engine running. That will not happen again as he by passed it. That's great too, I always thought that was another dumb 'protect us from ourselves' thing.
