Ready to Pick Up From Factory Repair Facility

We will be picking up the Challenger from the factory repair facility on Friday. All work was completed in a timely matter, and the cost of repairs was VERY reasonable. The issue with the large slideout was covered under warranty even though we purchased the coach new over 3 years ago. I did document the slide issue soon after purchase, however, and it was archived with Thor. There was no hassle, and Steve Reeves was really great to work with. He returned calls and answered my many questions with patience and professionalism. I, like others, have discovered Thor to be very receptive to customer concerns, and they have a future customer when we upgrade in a couple of years.

congratulations! best of luck with it yet again. I'm leaving Jersey Saturday night just to get a couple hundred miles out of the way. I'll be in their lot Sunday evening.

I'm planning on staying there for the duration. There's a trade show in Chicago I'll be driving out to while I'm there as well as a couple of other places I'd like to see like the Air Zoo.

Have a safe trip retrieving it.

Well, I made it! Traveling through the storm system that devastated the mid west and almost getting over run by my own tornado! I'm here in the customer lot next to a pretty Outlaw and another 37DT. I can't wait for the sun to come up and to start this process!

Don, Pleased to hear that you made it through the storm with no damage or delay. We left on Friday, and passed a northbound Challenger on Rt. 31. Did you come up Rt. 31 or across the upper tier of states? We arrived back in Elizabethtown after staying at the Flying J just south of Indianapolis (exit 95). And wouldn't you know it. I went out to the motor home to get some items and tried to access the monitor panel to determine how much propane was left, and the panel for all the tanks, battery level and propane wouldn't light. Dang nab it! Of course it wouldn't happen while the coach was in Elkhart. By the way, I couldn't be more pleased as to how we were treated by Steve Reed and the crew. They really "go out of their Good luck with your service visit and say "HI" to Steve for us.

Sorry to hear of this recent failure! That really blows!

That wasn't me, I came straight out on RT 80. So far, so good on the repairs. The bulk of the list has been handled. I arrived after it was put back into it's overnight spot so I'll find out in the morning if it looks like they can finish up tomorrow. The leaking slide is the big one and it seems they're saving that for last
