Sun blinds for front windows

I bought my Damon Daybreak 27p 2011 just after Christmas last year, so haven't driven in much hot weather, but when the sun does shine it gets very hot in the drivers and passenger seats.

Someone said you can get full width beige sun blinds for the front and side windows which you can pull half down for shade when driving.

What does anyone else have/do. I guess you get it much hotter over there than we do in Britain.

And have to drive much further too, coast to coast is a seven day drive .
There are several options , my 99 came original equipment with side sunscreens ( roll downs ) and I've seen similar items in use on windshields.
Before you shell out any coin of the realm , check to see what your local laws regarding, what's allowed for blockage/vision reduction while driving.

it makes the windshield hotter and can kills the glue holding it in
