Guess what we worked on today-

It is up but we have more work to do. The important thing is that we got it in the wall mounts before the rain starts tonight!

Busy Day

DH must love and hate my days off-
He loves that I am home with him but I think he feels obligated to let me help him do things on the rig!

More to follow soon.

More Awning

The awning Power switch is installed! That also means the awning is close to being done.

There is more detail about the installation on my blog here.

Fire Extinguisher

We have upgraded our fire extinguisher. It is mounted in a similar spot as the smaller old one-

"Extend-A-Rod" Shower Curtain Rod

We recently removed the "shower door" knowing we had this being shipped from RVUpgrades.com (It is manufactured by Stromberg-Carlson.)

This collapses back into the shower area when not in use. You can see more photos of it in action on my ad-free blog

(The Hookless shower curtain was purchased on Amazon but you can also find some at Bed Bath & Beyond.)

Thanks Kim- I plan to take photos again next month before we head to Quartzsite. This is a link to the pictures taken 2 years ago. (It is found under the "maiden voyage" tag listed on the right side of the blog page.) You can see what the outside looked like under the maiden voyage pics tag.

Please do.... I love to peruse the vintage posts to see how the owners renovate /upgrade their units. I absolutely love the way that you remodeled however kept the originality of the coach. The cabinetry is beautiful ...overall I think you made excellent choices.

If you ever get in the vicinity of PA we would love to see the Diamond Diva in person. I am sure the Diamond Diva would love touring the beautiful PA Dutch Country.

Thanks Kim- We will definitely look you up when we make it to the east coast- but it looks to be awhile before we get there- MIL lives with us and it will be hard to get someone to stay with her for more than 10 days at a time- plus I am still working!
Let us know if you are ever near QZ event or you make it to NorCal.
