Yes, I have been there.. Call ahead so your rep knows you are coming
You approach the Customer service building and the warranty "plant" on a "Side" road as it were.. The road ends at the drive for the warranty service plant.. So just cross it and once in the lot turn left. the building to your left is customer service/office.
They will take you diagnoally across the intersection to the actual factory (Which is on your right when you get to the street all these are on)
I can likely look up the address if you like
NOTE: The side (looks almost residential) street I mentioned is just north of a main e/w street, If you are coming off the toll road you will go south, I think 1 light, turn left one or two lights and turn right... Just past a very nice MOOSE lodge (If you are a member of the MOOSE) then it's either the 1st or 2nd left and straight on to Damon.. If you need better I'll S&T it but the point of this paragraph is the MOOSE lodge.... not directions.

We wentto the factory on a trip to the midwest. Loved the Elkhart area, stayed a couple days to get some mnor warranty work done. Factory tour is something that anyone who invests (or spends whichever you choose to believe) as much money as we have NEEDS TO DO in order to understand these complicated machines. Knowing who does what in your coach will also help reduce some of the Damon - Freighliner finger pointing that sometimes goes on.
Loved the tour and actually want to do it again to pick up what I missed the first time. You can never know too much about these things.

We picked up our Tuscany new in April of 2009. We initially found a bunch of small stuff like you do with anything new. The biggest problems were the seal on the toilet would leak, the chairs weren't screwed/glued real well and have had some rigidity problems, a decorative trim piece fell off, a cabinet door hinge was misadjusted, the refrig doors needed adjusting, etc. The biggest annoyance was the dash multimedia unit. I hated using the radio and then when changing lanes having to listen to the engine noise, I was annoyed at only being able to load one CD at a tme. I complained to the factory at the same time I told them that this coach has put the home back in motorhome for us. We love it.
Anyway Damon agreed to put an upgraded unit in the dash for me so I went to the factory enroute to a vacation and they did the switch for me. We are still working out a few bugs because I can't leave the coach in a service place long enough for them to work on it, we are using it too much for that.

toilet seal
ours to , there is a new (old type seal ) to replace the improved one you have, it takes about an hour on the phone with sea land/dometic to get the right number but its a common stocked seal
they have good music on hold
