Question Upgrading Entertainment System

We bought a 2011 Damon Daybreak 3211 and one of the previous owners changed the system, There is now an Hd tv with an hdmi cable to the TV which is in the center of the coach on this model and the dvd player is above the passenger seat. There is no splitter box in the coach and I can't figure out any of the other wiring. My question is since I watch Dish satellite most of the time, can I buy the Quest QS53DVD splitter box and use the 75 ohm connections for the winegard antenna and the bedroom TV and connect my satellite dish to the 75 ohm connection and use the RCA connections for my satellite signal out to the TV,s? This connection is usually for a dvd, I realize I would only have a DVD connection in the living room.

I'm in the same boat with a new-to-me 2006 Challenger. Previous owners removed all tv's and electronics, so I'm pretty much starting from scratch.
