I found an easy way to winterize with antifreeze on my Daymon.

First drain and bypass the water heater and drain the water storage tank as the book says.

Now take the water drain hose and put it in a gallon of antifreeze. Close the shutoff for the tank. Open the drain hose shutoff (with the hose in the antifreeze). Go inside and run water with your pump That's it!

Try it with a gallon of water --- it works

You don't have to break the line at the pump like Daymon says.

I just blow the lines out, I do not put in any antifreeze. I do use it in the drains though 1 cup each. I believe this is one of the options listed in the book. I learned this from the Winnebago I used to own, it works well here in Michigan.

Damon manual gives directions for both methods.

It says to "hook an air hose to the city water connection located in the termination compartment." Where is the termination compartment?

KC; Don't you do anything to the water pump? Damon says to "pour 4-6 gallons of RV antifreeze into fresh water tank and let the water pump circulate."
