Can someone tell me where the AC panel/breakers are located? Friends AC tripped and he can't find the panel or any literature about it.

Check the foot of the bed.Thats where my panel is.

I did join the group.

The problem was the fuse in the thermostat. Took a while but we now have are and Heat
