i have seen alot of Pinnicle's on the road but who makes them? thor or AS? i was looking at a 1988 today but don't know who it's made by. HELP

It was a predecessor of the Land Yacht motor home. It's not really an Airstream, exactly, since you can't become a member of the Airstream club by owning one. That's usually the defining characteristic of whether it's an AS or Thor.

Outlaw45, Just ran across your post today, the 1988 Pinnacle was built by Thor Industries West. They sold their plant in CA to an oufit called Mountain High Coach Works in 1999 who built some 1999, 2000 and a few 2001 coaches then went out of business.
