2007 Thor Jazz rear bumper capacity?

Hello all, as you can see I am new here and new to the RV way of life. Anyway, I just picked up a 2007 Thor Jazz 2550RL and I would like to add a hitch on the back to carry a bicycle rack. I am assuming this should be fine. 2 35lb bicycles and maybe 20lb for the rack. I am also curious to know if this sort of clamp on receiver would be strong enough to hold a motorcycle carrier. Maybe 40lb for the carrier, 400lb for the motorcycle.
Not the bicycles and motorcycles at once of course.

Mount a receiver on the back, do not trust the bumper. Most are just welded sheet steel, suitable only for storing the stinky slinky.

A little late to the party but get a Reese Hitch that will bolt to the frame.
