Ive had a higher milage Ford V10 Class C (130k) and it was in great shape mechanically but it had been well maintained. Also had to have the ball joints replaced which is normal for over 90k miles. Other than that, just normal maint.
If you can’t get comprehensive and satisfactory maintenance/repair records, I’d keep looking. Trans should have been service at 50k (max) and is ready for another. I’m an advocate of a 3k mile oil change interval but 5k is acceptable.
