No sound coming out. Thor sent me a new radio, but still powers up but no sound. I am going to start toning out the speaker lines etc just wanted to know if anyone had this issue w this Jensen radio?

Just wondering, did you try playing a disc? You did not say as I found my radio in the garage had a bad antenna connection so no sound. Hard to believe both indoor and outdoor speakers not wired. Let us know what you find.

Switch the radio to AM too...you will hear static on AM, even with no antenna.

These rear radio's need a real antenna. My rear radio only has a short wire inside the wall...on my TODO list to add a real antenna.

Did you connect the antenna to the radio, or by accident press the "mute" button?

We reinstalled the new radio and made sure the quick disconnect wires were securely interlocked and we now have sound in garage and outside!!!!!! The radio part is useless due to lack of antenna, but all we will ever use is the Bluetooth mode so we can stream music from iPhone. Love this Outlaw!!!!!!!
