If it's been happening since the coach was new, then the cold water lines may not be attached to something, (where you hear the noise), and are rattling.
If this is something new, then there is probably air trapped in the cold water lines. Or, a water line has become unattached, (where you can hear the noise).
The PEX tubing used for the plumbing will normally vibrate with the pulsations of the pump. If it's dangling or loose it will bang against the floor, a wall, or a cabinet surface when in use. If it only happens when using cold water, there might be air trapped in the line before or at the pump causing it to vibrate more.
The standard pump supplied with your coach is supposed to get the job done, but it's a basic "low-end" pump. Much more expensive pumps operate quieter, and at a higher rate of flow. There are sound dampening tricks that plumbers use such as an accumulator tank, securing all loose tubing, extra "shock absorber" spools of tubing, and injecting insulation foam in appropriate areas.
