Is it this one?
2016 Thor Motor Coach Outlaw 37LS Class A Gas Piqua, OH Paul Sherry RV
Says sale pending.

It appears all stock except for the stacked laundry (dryer vent added in-wall), a SAT dome, and an upgraded mattress in the loft.

Best luck

That looks like a nice coach, especially since it's the late, great LS model.

Makes me nervous when I see an almost new coach already for sale. Most likely the original customer got so frustrated with the problems he traded it in.

Our 2016.5 LS we love, but it came with it's fair share of problems. Some huge and some minor.

This forum and the Thor out law FB group has been a big help in getting most of them taken care of. If you go to look at this and want a list of things to look for make sure to comb this page. There are a number of things that are fairly common problems.

In my experience, the #1 reason folks sell their Outlaws...especially the 3611/37LS before any typical change of life (like a new/bigger RV or they end RVing) is that they could not live in the loft and moved to towing the toys.

We love our loft...but, we know it is not for everyone. And many owners, including DGShaffer (maker of the original "Don's Deck" mod) have gone to a traditional COW (Condo on Wheels) with a fixed bedroom and 1-2 baths. Their toys are in a trailer, or the side-by-side morphs into a Jeep towed 4-down.

Even TMC felt the pressure and dropped the LS, moving the line away from the loft and toward the dedicated bedroom in the RB and the very big drop-down bunks in the BG.

I submit that problems are found in every model and brand RV. Outlaws are no worse or better than many others.

Safe travels
