2016 Thor Outlaw 37RB Headlights....HELP

Low beams do not work. Turn signals, high beams do work.

I've checked every fuse on the RV and they are all fine. I did swap out a relay and replaced the switch on the dash. I also found a loose ground but it did not fix my issue. I checked the bulbs with a multimeter and they are fine.

I rent this RV and have a rental scheduled for Friday. I'm trying to get this fixed before then. Dealerships are backed up into September and the only Ford dealer that works on the larger stuff says it's not they problem

If anyone has a suggestion please share. I'm lost

Called Thor again and was told Class A does not have the DRL module

I did get a name to ask for tomorrow morning, we'll see if he's as good as I was told

I had the same symptoms/problem on my 2007 F53. My problem was due to a bad relay in the daylight running lights circuit. The DRL ckt and the low beams ckt are intertwined and use some of the same relays. Look for the DRL relay in the AUX relay box.
This assumes you have a daylight running lights on your rig.

I honestly can't remember if it has DRL. I'll try and find that relay tomorrow morning. Thanks

You could run a hot wire to a temporary toggle switch then on to the headlight relay for the low beams. Would get you through the rental period.

I'm admittedly electrical challenged. If you can talk me through this I would be grateful. I'll even offer my phone number if you can call me

Here is a thread that may help:

https://www.irv2.com/forums/f23/low-...ng-321183.html

Typically the headlights require a high amperage circuit. This circuit is turned on and off by a low amperage relay. If you can find that relay, check to see if it has 12 volts "in" to it when the headlights are turned on. If no 12 volts in then run a wire from a known 12 volt source to a toggle switch you install or let hang near the dash. Then run a wire from the toggle to the relay 12 volt "in" wire. If the relay is working properly it should engage when the toggle is turned on and connect the high amperage circuit to the headlights.

Ok, here's an update on this issue, finally.

RV shop couldn't fix it and gave up, took it to Ford. They found a broken wire in the harness on Fords side of things.
