An RV friend bought a Venetian and wishes he had kept his older unit. He has has lots of issues with the coach. Basic advice is avoid Thor.

I have a 2015 Tuscany 40KQ with the 450hp Cummins but in many ways simular. After getting the initial problems ironed out it has been as good a coach as other ones I have owned and would not hesitate buying another one. Just make sure you do your due diligence and check it out good. Any manufacturer can turn out problem coaches and good coaches.
If you like it make an offer contingent upon passing a Pre purchase inspection by a service you pick. 1: Look for maintenance records 2: warranty work 3: oil analysis of motor, tranny and generator. We came from boating and you can not get insured or a loan with out a survey. I treat RVs the same. There will always be people with issues with a manufacture. Thor has massive marketshare so of course they will have issues. The only companies I have not heard complaint are Airstream (owns by Thor), Renegade, and Marathon.
