2023 Aria

Have a new (not even driven yet) 2023 Aria. We have a shower leak coming from under the shower between the shower and floor. Maintenance people here seem to be at a loss as to where the water is coming from. The floor directly below the shower is dry, yet when I turn the shower on and wait 2-3 minutes, water starts coming out of the shower between the shower unit and floor. The water is not coming out the door and draining on the floor. Brand New…never used until last night.Click image for larger version

Could be leaking at the drain to shower pan connection or in the line from diverter to shower head(in the wall).

I had a leak in a new coach in the shower diverter wall because the factory did not put a crimp ring on one of the pipes. Took 6 months to show up.

You can isolate the two areas by not turning on the shower and placing a garden hose in the shower to run water through the drain, see if the leak appears. And/or torn on the shower head and run the water into a bucket and see if the leak appears. The drain should be accessible somehow. On my Ace it was through an access in the wheel well compartment that was not cut out at the factory. I had to cut it out, fix the drain and fabricate a cover for the access. To access the diverter I had to pull the panel loose in the hallway.

Thanks! Finally found out yesterday..with mirrors and flashlights, that it is an actual crack where two pieces of fiberglass are joined. Now, we have to wait for the manufacturer to set up an appt date to get it repaired.

At least you found the source. Maybe able to foil (duct) tape the crack and still use the shower while you wait.
