That seems like an odd combination to stop working, but it sounds like a power drain problem to me. Did your problem occur while running the motor, with shore power hooked up or generator on? Did you check your battery levels? Also, did you call Thor first or just take the MH back to the dealer? Thor is really good about helping new customers go through their coaches. Your dealer may or may not know about your particular model and will probably end up calling Thor anyways. I would recommend always calling Thor first.
The auto levelers suck a LOT of power and require the engine key to be in the "run" position. Were you raising and lowering them more than once at one time without recharging the batteries? The levelers also have to be set to the correct height. Often either Thor or the dealer will have them set too high when you first get the coach. That adds to the battery drain. I think the Leveller User Manual link is listed here in the forum in the User Manual section. It tells you how to set the height properly. Besides draining the batteries, this is really important when in unlevel camping sites.
My bet is you drained the batteries too low to operate the accessories and they just need to be recharged. The levelers have done this to me two or three times. Once I had to cross the batteries using the emergency switch in the cab to get enough juice to fire up the generator so that I could charge the batteries to start the engine to retrack the levelers.
