ACE 2012 29.7 Won't start

Just got home from San Diego to our home in Las Vegas. Turned motor off to unhook car. Tried to start and nothing. No sounds.
Checked battery with volt meter. Battery is charged. Turned the aux battery isolation switches on and off. Still won't start.
Could it be something to do with the recall.
Please help.

Have you tried the starter switch on the dash? I think you push and hold it, then try and crank over the starter. Sounds almost like a loose connection, no click or anything from the starter?

Does anything in the dash work (Gauges, etc)? Have you had the BCC recall done? My understanding was that if it wasn't done and the BCC failed. you would lose all power to the engine. The recall just basically bypasses the box for the chassis power. The recall is fairly easy to do yourself if it isn't done.

I'm sure you've went through the fuses but if not i'd be digging in there. No click or any sound when you turn the ignition sounds like the power is not getting that far so it would be a fuse or ignition type problem i'd guess. Another idea is perhaps some of the systems don't allow the ignition to function for safety. I'd double check the slides and move them out and back in, as well as the jacks, I'd even cycle the drop down bed just incase.

If you haven't already tried it, you may want to cycle the transmission lever in case it is the neutral safety switch. There was a Ford recall on the transmission indication cable that affected some 2012's, did you have that done?

The tow alone probably cost $500.00.
