Ace 29.1 Slide

Does anyone have any information about accessing the slide drive motors? I can't seem to find where they are located and how to access them. I believe there are 4 drive motors and one of mine (left side looking at it from the inside has a tight spot and slows down every rotation. I think it may be an alignment issue because looking the gear track from the outside, you can see a wear pattern but is not in the middle, but at the bottom of the track. This problem started after I head a bang while retracting the slide. Anyone had any experience with this?
