Sounds like they typical insurance company, that is what Progressive did.

So have they decided to quit making the 29.3? I see it is only available from dealers stock only.

Checked the engine compartment again and found the fuse block to rear of air cleaner.

You know what is weird, i located and opened this box up. Got my circuit light and started checking fuses. All but one showed power. It was fuse 18 on extreme left. So i pulled the fuse thinking it was blown but it wasn’t. It is the only fuse location that does not have power unless the key is in the on position. It controls the overdrive light on dash and backup lights.

We're paying around $750 a year with a $500 deductible.. We have the General and there was no issue with the last claim.

Interesting, I went to the Generals site and was going for a quick quote, it asked for type of rv and zipcode, I put that in and it said searching for partners, came back with progressive lolol. Not sure why mine would be so much, we are in a very small town in ohio and my credit score is 820. No accidents....ever no tickets

Got mine through Good Sam. Bundled house, autos, RV. Was with Amica for about 10 years. With Good Sam house was about the same, autos were 50% less, RV was about 40% less.

I think National General is the RV carrier. My RV went up about $50 this year. About $650/year. Have had Good Sam for about 3 years, no claims yet. Also have Good Sam roadside service, never used it though. I think my deductible is $1,000.

So touching on the insurance thing as an update, originally my bill was $1059, I worked with my agent and the majority of the extra premium over the premium I got from FMCA was the total loss value, it would have expired this year as it is only good for 4 years so it says in the book. Anywho, we dropped that and went with actual cash value and got my premium down to $680. Considerably better, said he could have got it down to around $500 but I would have lost my 0 deductibles I earned for being a loyal customer......just goes to show NOTHING is given without paying for it over and over in hopes they will recoup their money should you have a claim.

Progressive industries surge protector

So installed the surge protector last Thursday ....went into it last night and it was humming (loud).
Unplugged it and plugged it back in and was not as loud ...
Do any of yours hum?
Called them and they said final a warranty claim and they will most likely replace it......its brand new?

Almost purchased a Progressive 30 amp hardwired at the Rvillage rally in Florida last week. Chickened out as I had already bought a almost new in the box Rand Mcnally Overdryve 7 RV GPS ($140) and a used Invisibrake system for $375 at the "swap meet" event at the rally. Plan to get a Progressive someday. They have a good reputation for warranty.

Monsoon on the way home, dog window leaked, think some silicone will fix that. Furnace compartment leaked water onto circuit board. Furnace would not fire off. Dried circuit board with rag, started working again.Guess I need to fix the louver deal on the furnace cover.

I have had a progressive unit since 2002, if it hums I dont hear it but I have it installed in the driver back bay where I keep the cords. I constantly have that damn fan running on the inverter. Progressive is the best company I have ever dealt with for rv purchases. They will make it right, I had a flooding accident in our last 5th wheel and the box sacrificed itself to save the rig. At this point this unit was 8 years old and they said send it back, when it came back to me a week later the only thing that was from the original was the case, they replaced everything inside no charge! I would NEVER hesitate to order another or recommend them. If you continue to have problems let them know. Did you get the unit with the readout? Is it posting any codes?
