Update on awning problem I had with a screw going through a wire. I got an email that said Thor will pay for the repair! There has been some problems with our new coach, but small things I've fixed myself and other things so far Thor customer service has been very good about paying for. I have no complaints at this point. One caveat, I have not received the check yet, they said allow 6-8 weeks. They have been really good so far so I expect the check will show up. If not I'll be sure to let you all know *L*.

Thor ACE awning
Got a reimbursement check from Thor. I continue to be impressed with Thor customer service. The check came long before the estimated date. There were no arguments from me needed, don't know how hard it was for the agent to get it approved, but they sure made it easy for me. I am grateful for their standing behind their product as my coach was out of warranty (though the problem was from manufacturing). Thor products are not perfect, and I believe their quality control at the factory could be improved, but I have nothing but good things to say about their customer service. Each time I've had to contact them they were very helpful and commited to making things right. I'm a happy camper again.

Good news!
I have called Thor 4 times for parts/info/assistance in 3 years. Fixed me up every time at zero cost to me. Camping World not so much.

I assume you had the engine turned off. Mine will not move when motor is running.

Also, I found that with a little push while spouse holds button down seemed to get it moving and it seems to need a lot of power so I make sure that I am still hooked when bringing it in.
